Tasting A bright deep ruby color, aromas of violets, wild cherries and blackcurrant, even toasted bread for certain lots. On the palate, red berries persist, the tannins are fine.
Comments Because it is aged "out of barrels" this Gevrey Chambertin wine is less tannic and more inclined towards the fruit, providing a fresher taste. This is why it will perfectly acompany your white sauces meats, or slightly spicy sauces.
